This was a series of roofs, damaged by a tornado in 2017.
Roof Doctors was tasked with meeting with the insurance adjusters and determining the best route for
a long-term solution, as there were many steep slope roofs built over low-slope roofs. This project had
a combination of EPDM, Standing Seam Metal, and exposed fastener metal. Cleanup and safety were a
major concern on this project as well as keeping the building water tight.
Total square footage of all roofs was just over 100,000 square feet, and took 120 days to complete.
The customer now has 20- year roof systems on both EPDM and Standing Seam.
