This is the Terrazzo building which is a 15 story high rise in the Gulch area of downtown Nashville.
This roof was damaged by the 2020 storm. Roof Doctors worked with the insurance company to get
the customer a new roof. This project has significant safety concerns as there was no parapet wall, so
the use of approved safety rails was incorporated with debris nets.
This project was 300 squares and took 45 days to complete. The customer now has a new 20-year
warranted roof system.
